The owner of Key Biscayne’s Miami Seaquarium is in talks to sell the tourist attraction for about $30 million.

Palace Entertainment, a California-based subsidiary of a Spanish amusement parks operator, would be the buyer if the deal is completed, the Miami Herald reported. Key Biscayne’s Miami Seaquarium is currently owned by Wometco Enterprises. The attraction first opened 58 years ago.

Under the agreement, the son of Wometco CEO Arthur Hertz would continue to manage the Seaquarium after the sale. Hertz told the Herald that his company has had many discussions with potential buyers over time but is not rushing to sell the attraction.

Palace currently owns Boomers in Boca Raton and Dania Beach.
